The purpose of this exercise is to:
1. Make annual competency requirements easier
for staff members to complete by developing a tool that allows access to
information on any computer connected to the internet.
2. Help staff communicate more
professionally and effectively with all members of the health care team.
3. Increase
staff knowledge regarding commonly used therapy and medications.
4. Perform procedures and
interpret diagnostic data based on current research.
5. Demonstrate completion of competencies
through examination and application of material presented.
